Physical Activity Is Key In Keeping You Healthy Throughout Your Life Time!


Some benefits of being physically active are:
  • Stronger bones and muscles 
  • Improved mental health 
  • Weight control 
  • Reduces the risk of many diseases and illnesses

A couple of reasons it is very important to become and stay physically active is because it can improve your overall mood and it can also boost your energy levels. 

Have you ever had a stressful day or felt emotionally drained after a long day? If you have ever experienced this there is no better cure then a nice little workout or even something as simple as a quick walk. Just getting in 30 minutes of moderate activity everyday can greatly improve an individual’s mood and attitude.

  1. I feel that Physical Activity is very important to the well-being of every individual. Some of the activities that I love to participate in are those lifelong activities such as golf and bowling.
